Shipping Policy

Milap Publications (“we” and “us”) is the operator of www.milappublications.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon the arrangements that protect and clarify our service expectations.

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be discrepancies. In such cases, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding the unavailable items. You can choose to wait for restocking or request a refund for the out-of-stock items.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These costs are collected with your payment at the time of purchase and will be the final amount charged for shipping.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind Milap Publications accepts returns due to change of mind if a return request is made within 1 day of receiving the item. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be arranged by the customer. Once we receive and approve the returned items, we will issue a store credit. We will notify you of this via email. Please note: we do not refund the original shipping cost. 3.2 Warranty Returns We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of item receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty validation. After receiving the returned items, we aim to process the claim within 7 days. Upon approval, you may choose one of the following:
  • (a) Refund to your original payment method
  • (b) Store credit
  • (c) Replacement item (if in stock)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time Typically, domestic shipments take between 2 – 7 business days. 4.2 International Transit Time International deliveries usually take 4 – 22 business days, depending on the courier. More accurate estimates are available at checkout. 4.3 Dispatch Time Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding national holidays. 4.4 Change of Delivery Address Address changes can be made any time before the order has been dispatched. 4.5 P.O. Box Shipping We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for these addresses. 4.6 Military Address Shipping We can ship to military addresses via USPS only. Courier services are not supported for such destinations. 4.7 Out-of-Stock Items If an item is out of stock, we will hold the order until it is available. Other items in the order will be reserved during this time. 4.8 Delivery Delays If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us to initiate an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time based on the updates provided by the shipping carrier.

6. Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it if possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If it was delivered in your absence, reach out to us with photos and order details.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is included in the price of items displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. If duties are refused and the package is returned, the customer will be refunded for the product amount minus the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our returns policy.

9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier. 9.1 Damaged in Transit We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation. 9.2 Lost in Transit We will process a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
