Return Policy
Unless stated otherwise:
If the book you receive is damaged, please send us a photo or video of the damage via our customer care WhatsApp number or email. After proper verification by our team, we will re-send the same book to you in good condition.
If you receive a book that is different from the one you ordered, kindly inform our customer care. We will arrange to pick up the incorrect book and dispatch the correct one as soon as we receive the returned copy.
In case you need the correct book urgently, you may place a fresh order through our website. Once we receive the incorrect book, we will initiate a refund for it—provided the new order exactly matches the earlier one (in terms of book title) for which the replacement was requested.
